Characteristic:

Q235 steel is a common carbon structural steel. Q represents the yield limit of this hot-rolled coil, and the latter 235 refers to the yield value of this hot-rolled coil, which is about 235MPa.But the yield value of Q235 carbon steel bar will decrease with the increase of thickness. Due to the moderate carbon content, good comprehensive performance, and good matching of strength, plasticity and welding performance, Q235 round steel bar is the most widely used.

Application:

1.Use Q235 carbon round steel rods to manufacture various abrasive handles and other unimportant abrasive parts.
2. Q235 steel is used as punch material, which is used directly without tempering after quenching. The hardness is 36~40HRC. Every ten punches can punch more than 2,000 bolts, and the failure mode is plastic deformation. The Q235 steel rod solves the phenomenon that the punch breaks during use and ensures the personal safety of the operator.
