Application:
NM400 wear-resistant steel plate hot-rolled carbon steel plate can be used for surface strengthening of various wear-resistant equipment parts in metallurgical machinery, building material machinery, electric machinery, mining machinery and other industries. Typical applications have four aspects:
(1) Provide wear-resistant spare parts made of NM400 wear-resistant steel plates according to design requirements, such as high-efficiency powder selection wear-resistant parts in cement machinery, mill steel plates, mixer blades, fan blades, mill counter-rollers, etc.
(2) Direct blanking and round welding into various wear-resistant conveying pipes, such as powder air conveying system, blast furnace slag system, screw propeller blades, etc.
(3) NM400 wear-resistant steel plates are cut by themselves according to requirements, and tailor-welded to complete on-site construction projects, such as silos, chutes, and large buckets.
(4) According to the size of the wear area of the customer's parts, provide collar units for on-site tailor welding maintenance to reduce the workload of on-site welding, such as buckets of working machines and dredgers of dredgers.
