Coating Introduction:
Hot-dip zinc coating
On the continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line, the pure zinc coating is obtained by immersing the pretreated steel coil in the molten zinc solution.
Note: The zinc content in the molten zinc liquid is not less than 99%.
Hot-dip zinc-iron alloy coating
On the continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line, the zinc-iron alloy coating is obtained by immersing the pretreated steel coil in the molten zinc solution.
Note: The zinc content in the molten zinc liquid is not less than 99%. A zinc-iron alloy layer is formed on the entire coating through an alloying process, and the iron content in the alloy coating is usually 8% to 15%.
Hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy coating
On the continuous hot-dip galvanized aluminum production line, the coating obtained by immersing the pretreated steel coil in the molten zinc-aluminum alloy solution.
Note: The mass fraction of aluminum in the molten zinc-aluminum alloy solution is about 5%, contains a small amount of rare earth, and the rest is zinc.
Hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy coating
On the continuous hot-dip aluminum-zinc production line, the coating is obtained by immersing the pretreated steel coil in the molten aluminum-zinc alloy solution.
Note: The mass fraction in the molten Al-Zn alloy solution is about 55%, the mass fraction of silicon is about 1.6%, and the rest is zinc.
