PPGI is the abbreviation of Pre-Painted Galvanized, that is, pre-painted galvanized.
PPGL is the abbreviation of Pre-Painted Galvalume, that is, pre-painted galvanized sheet.
They are based on galvanized steel coil/galvalume steel coil, surface chemical treatment (degreasing, phosphating, chromium hydrochloric acid passivation), then coated with paint, and then baked.
The galvanized steel coil/galvalume steel coil is color-coated through a certain process, and has more colors. This colorful surface makes it more widely used.
