Application:
304L stainless steel is an ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel developed to solve the serious intergranular corrosion tendency of 304 stainless steel under some conditions due to the precipitation of Cr23C6. The intergranular corrosion resistance of 304L bars in the sensitized state is significantly better than that of 304 bars. 304L stainless steel round bar has the same performance as 304 steel except that its strength is slightly lower. 304L stainless steel bar is mainly used for corrosion-resistant equipment and components that need to be welded and cannot be solid solution treated after welding.
