Application:
2507 duplex stainless steel coil is the steel with the best local corrosion resistance in duplex stainless steel, especially the best pitting corrosion resistance.
2507 super duplex stainless steel contains 24%-26% chromium and 3%-5% molybdenum, which makes it resistant to uniform corrosion of organic acids (such as formic acid and acetic acid), inorganic acids and dilute hydrochloric acid.
2507 hot-rolled stainless steel coil has an extremely low carbon content, less than 0.030%, to resist intergranular corrosion associated with carbides.
The dual-phase structure of 2507 hot-rolled steel coil has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion and high resistance to crevice corrosion.
2507 stainless steel has high compressive strength, impact strength, low thermal expansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity, which are suitable for structural parts and mechanical parts.
2507 duplex stainless steel coils can be welded with ER2594 type electrodes and wires without preheating.
2507 super duplex stainless steel is very suitable for heat exchange equipment in chemical, petroleum, petrochemical, electric power and other industries that use river water, groundwater, and sea water as cooling media.
