Application:

1. It has good corrosion resistance and can withstand corrosion in the general atmosphere and various media.
2. Low work hardening rate, easy to bend and form.
3. Good mechanical properties, high temperature and oxidation resistance up to 816°C.
4. Through proper processing, such as bright annealing and mirror processing, an excellent appearance surface can be obtained and corrosion resistance can be improved.
5. Poor weldability. Appropriate heat treatment is required before and after welding.
6. 430 stainless steel strip does not add precious alloys such as nickel and molybdenum, which has a cost advantage.
7. 430 stainless steel coil strip is a representative steel grade of ferritic stainless steel, and it is also a general-purpose steel grade with good corrosion resistance.
8. The composition of 430 stainless steel is characterized by high chromium and no nickel, and the density is 7.75g/cm³.
9. 430 grade stainless steel is widely used, second only to 304 stainless steel, mainly used in building interior decoration, household appliances, and household electrical appliances.
10. The brittle transition temperature is above room temperature and is sensitive to notches. 430 ferritic stainless steel is not suitable for making bearing spare parts below room temperature.
